Water sampling

Our standard water sampling system can collect up to 1 liter of water per flight. The precise volume can be adjusted based on project requirements and the specific drone platform being used. For projects requiring multiple samples or larger volumes, the system can be quickly reset between flights to maximize daily collection capacity.

Our water sampling systems are designed primarily for surface water collection, with the ability to sample from the top 30cm of the water column. For projects requiring depth-specific sampling, we offer specialized solutions that can collect samples at specific depths based on the length of the rope.

Our water sampling systems are constructed from laboratory-grade materials that prevent contamination of samples. The collection mechanism is designed to minimize aeration and exposure during sampling, and samples are secured in sealed containers immediately upon collection. The systems can be thoroughly cleaned between sampling events to prevent cross-contamination.

Our water sampling systems integrate with professional drone platforms, including DJI, Inspired Flight, Harris Aerial, and other drone manufacturers compatible with SkyHub. The modular design allows for adaptation to various platforms based on your specific requirements for flight time, payload capacity, and operational conditions.

Our systems are used for environmental monitoring in remote locations, sampling from contaminated sites where human access would pose health risks, routine compliance monitoring of industrial facilities, emergency response to spills or contamination events, research in ecologically sensitive areas where boat access would be disruptive, and sampling from dangerous locations such as tailings ponds or flood zones.
