UgCS perpetual | Support & Update packs

When buying a UgCS (UgCS PRO, UgCS EXPERT, UgCS ENTERPRISE) or UgCS Commander perpetual license, the Support & Update pack for the first year is included.

Starting the second year from the UgCS / UgCS Commander license's first activation, the Annual Support&Update period shall be extended if you wish to:

  • Update to the latest version of UgCS / UgCS Commander - access the newest tools and functionality for UAV mission planning
  • Have access to UgCS Support - 5x8 by e-mail or phone.

If you choose not to prolong the Annual Support&Update package, your installed UgCS / UgCS Commander will remain fully functional but with no further support or option to update to a newer version.

Also, if you already have a UgCS PERPETUAL license and need to activate it on another computer, you can use the Additional Device product for UgCS PRO, UgCS EXPERT, and UgCS ENTERPRISE PERPETUAL licenses.
