Medusa Radiometrics MS-700 gamma-ray spectrometer
A gamma-ray spectrometer (GRS) is a scientific instrument designed to measure and analyze the energy and intensity of gamma rays emitted by radioactive substances. Gamma rays are high-energy electromagnetic radiation, and their specific energies are unique to the elements emitting them, making gamma-ray spectrometers essential tools in many fields.
The Medusa Radiometrics MS-700 is optimized for use on drones. Its weight under 5 kg makes it well-suited for off-the-shelf drones. It performs exceptionally well when flying low and slow. It can be used for prospecting, soil mapping, and pollution mapping.
Recommended applications:
- Soils and sediments mapping
- Contamination mapping
- Minerals exploration
- Mine sites remediation
Includes a transportation box and mountings for the DJI M400 drone. Mounts for other types of drones are available upon request.
HS Code: 90301000 (instruments and apparatus for measuring or detecting ionizing radiations)
Please note that additional components and software must be ordered to use gamma-ray spectrometer with drones. It is recommended to order a complete set. Please ask for the quote.
